Reasons for a Drone survey

House surveying ; whether you are buying  a property or maintaining your own property, Aerial footage is very helpful. In the top left clip, the Drone is used to hover over the area that was concerning the customer. When I had finished filming I then put my SD card into my computer study the footage and discovered a hole in the felt which I could zoom in on as you can see in the picture beside it, I then took 2 pictures, 1 which showed the complete area of the  felted roof and 1 of the deterioration of the felt on the corner. I then emailed him the pictures which he then emailed to several roofing companies who all emailed back with a price and when they could start work.

1/ No waiting in for the builders. 3 Quotes are the general rule.

2/ They have a first hand footage for an exact quote. No hidden extras.

3/ The builders are not all clambering on the roof.

The second footage you could see that there was something growing on the ridge tile, but not the extent of the growth of foliage.
